COATING DEVICE AND METHOD
A pan-coating device for performing coating by spraying a coating liquid onto powder (17) in a rotary container (1) using a spray gun (16), wherein the spray gun (16) uses an HVLP type spray gun at a coating liquid pressure of not higher than 0.2 MPa and with a used air volume of 200 to 400 l/min, t...

description | A pan-coating device for performing coating by spraying a coating liquid onto powder (17) in a rotary container (1) using a spray gun (16), wherein the spray gun (16) uses an HVLP type spray gun at a coating liquid pressure of not higher than 0.2 MPa and with a used air volume of 200 to 400 l/min, thereby significantly reducing spray gun contamination and maintaining a stable spraying condition for an extended time.
