Zusammenfassung: | A spinal insert device adjusts inter-vertebral spacing and alignment of the spine relative to pelvic incidence, pelvic tilt and overall sagittal alignment. The device includes an upper arm having a substantially planar upper surface and a lower arm having a substantially planar lower surface. Each of the upper arm and the lower arm extends outwardly from a base section. A hinge couples the upper arm to the base section such that the upper arm is pivotable relative to the base section. An adjustment member is positioned between the upper arm and the lower arm. The adjustment member has a plurality of distinct lengths measured straight through a center of the adjustment member. The adjustment member is rotatable wherein an angle between the upper arm and the lower arm is selectively adjustable by rotation of the adjustment member. |
