In one embodiment, the information in the database may be provided to an administrator of the telecommunications network through a user interface available to the administrator. With the information provided, the administrator may determine the network services available to a potential customer of the network and may generate a plan to provide the services to the customer's location. The information may include one or more connection locations to the telecommunications network and provide an estimated cost to the network and/or the customer for providing the service to the customer, including providing information to a field technician for installation of the service.
