Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cartilage product comprising a protein hydrolysate with a degree of hydrolysis comprised between 0.5% and 3.0%, at least one glycosaminoglycan and at least one growth factor. The present invention also relates to the cartilage product obtainable through said method. Said cartilage product is useful in the treatment or prevention of wounds, ulcers, burns, psoriasis, osteoarthritis, synovitis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, diseases of the tendons and ligaments, periodontal diseases, signs of skin aging, the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation exposure or stretch marks.
