Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for destroying microorganisms includes a housing, a platform, a reflective tray, and a source of ultraviolet light. The platform is supported on the housing and is configured to permit passage of ultraviolet light at an angle therethrough. The reflective tray is disposed within the housing. The source of ultraviolet light is disposed adjacent the reflective tray such that the reflective tray directs ultraviolet light emitted by the source of ultraviolet light through the platform.
