Zusammenfassung:	In one form, the present invention provides a synthetic resin leather adhering a base material via an adhesive layer to the back side of a film composed mostly of thermoplastic polyurethane, and the film has on the surface thereof a surface treatment layer formed by coating with a surface treatment agent in which aqueous polycarbonate polyurethane is cross linked by aqueous cross-linking agent containing a carbodiimide group.
