Zusammenfassung:	A method for removing dead surface cells, dirt, oil, or blackheads from the skin, and preventing or ameliorating the effects of blemishes or acne vulgaris, comprising applying to the skin a laminate comprised of a fabric strip and a solvent activated composition containing at least one nonionic polymer in combination with at least one skin conditioning agent, leaving the laminate on the skin until the solvent has substantially evaporated, and peeling the laminate off the skin, thereby removing dead surface cells, dirt, oil, or blackheads from the skin; as well as related articles and compositions.
