Detachable fastening means are interposed between the interchangeable receiver inserts and the interior surfaces of the storage containers to secure the same in their functional position. The multi-media librarial storage system is provided with alpha/numeric labels which are applied to the book-like spine of the storage containers to identify items stored therein and to facilitate retrieval. The multi-media librarial storage system is provided with a companion index volume wherein the user may identify and catalog items stored within the system by the identificaton labels. |
