Four pivotable tracks attached to the frame and corresponding roller wheels attached to the bed cooperate to achieve the desired motion. Since the trailer need not be detached from whatever device is used to move it about when it is to be loaded or unloaded, increased stability results with consequent reduction in risk to the operator.
