Zusammenfassung:	A cable unwinding device includes a cable clamp for clamping and fixing a cable, a core ware clamp for clamping two twisted core wires of the cable, a rotating device, and a translation device. The rotating device drives the core wire clamp to rotate around the central axis of the cable. The translation device drives the core wire clamp to move in a first horizontal direction parallel to the central axis of the cable. As the rotating device drives the core wire clamp to rotate around the central axis of the cable, the translation device drives the core wire clamp to move along the first horizontal direction, such that the two twisted core wires are untwisted and straightened.
