Zusammenfassung:The present subject matter relates to a method comprising: receiving by an apparatus reference signals from at least one node, the reference signals being received in multiple carrier frequencies, processing the reference signals for obtaining per carrier frequency a signature sequence, herein referred to as receive sequence; generating per received reference signal a corresponding signature sequence, herein referred to as transmit sequence; combining the receive sequences with the transmit sequences in time domain to produce carrier-dependent channel information; determining at least one parameter of a model such that the model matches the correlation sequences; wherein the model represents the channel information, the parameter comprising a position of the apparatus; and providing the determined position of the apparatus.
