Zusammenfassung:	A heat exchange unit includes: a housing having first and a second rooms, and a control unit disposed so as to straddle between the insides thereof. The rooms are adjacently disposed. The control unit has an electric components box disposed on the inside of the first room, a wire that extends to the inside of the second room from a lead-out hole, a first wall, and a second wall. The wire extends from the inside of a space between the first and second room, and second through holes formed on the second wall. A surface out of the first wall faces the second through hole formed on the second wall. An end of the top side, and both ends in a second direction are closed off. The space has an opening that opens to the bottom side, and the opening opens to the inside of the first room.
