Zusammenfassung:	A medical service support system obtains disease information on a disease from which a patient may be suffered, based on patient information provided by a primary doctor for the patient, and determines a reception of a matching request. In response to the matching request from the primary doctor, the medical service support system identifies at least one specialist from among a plurality of specialists, and provides the at least one identified specialist, with the obtained disease information and the patient information.
