Zusammenfassung:	A network device may receive transport layer messages from an ingress network device, and may determine whether a quantity of resources required for processing the transport layer messages exceeds a threshold level of available resources of the network device. The network device may generate a transport layer path error message based on the quantity of resources required for processing the transport layer messages exceeding the threshold level of available resources. The network device may provide the transport layer path error message to the ingress network device to prevent the ingress network device from providing additional transport layer messages to the network device.
