SPEAKER STRUCTURE AND SPEAKER DEVICE

The present invention provides a speaker structure and a speaker device. The speaker structure is connected with the magnetic carrier and the outer frame through the two elastic members. The four ends of the two elastic members are connected to the tour connection positions among the two lateral walls of the magnetic carrier and the bottom plate. When the magnetic element performs electromagnetic induction to make the voice coil and the vibration member vibrate to make sound, the magnetic element will be affected by the same reaction force to vibrate. In the meantime, the reaction force to vibrate received by the magnetic element is thus transmitted to the outer frame. Since the reaction force is mostly absorbed by the two elastic members, the affection from the reaction force to the outer frame is extraordinarily decreased as \yell, so as to the vibration member.
