Zusammenfassung:Provided is a separated antigen-binding protein. The antigen-binding protein comprises at least one CDR in a heavy chain variable region VH, and the VH comprises an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 55. Also provided are an anti-TIGIT antibody, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The antigen-binding protein can specifically bind with a TIGIT antigen to block the binding of TIGIT and a ligand thereof, and can be used for preparing drugs for preventing or treating TIGIT-related diseases.
