Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to the treatment of Parkinson's disease. The present disclosure provides, in some embodiments, methods of treating Parkinson's disease in a patient in need thereof. In some embodiments, the methods disclosed herein comprise administering a levodopa therapy based on a patient's biomarker profile. In some embodiments, the levodopa therapy comprises or lacks a tyrosine decarboxylase inhibitor. Therapeutic uses and compositions are also disclosed.
