Zusammenfassung:The disclosure relates to an electronic device for measuring a bio-signal and a method for operation in the electronic device. The method includes obtaining a first impedance value, based on a first group of electrodes of the electronic device being in contact with a first portion of a human body, and a first region of a second portion of the human body being in contact with two electrodes among a second group of electrodes included in the electrode module according to a first measurement posture of a user, obtaining a second impedance value, obtaining a correction value and storing the correction value in a memory, and obtaining a corrected first impedance value by applying the correction value to the first impedance value.
