The electromagnetic shielding layer in the terminal device can effectively protect a part of the touch display layer corresponding to the fingerprint detection layer, and prevent the part of the touch display layer corresponding to the fingerprint detection layer from being subject to electromagnetic radiation caused by the arrangement of the fingerprint detection layer, to solve a problem that the electromagnetic shielding layer fails to effectively protect the touch display layer due to an enlarged size of the fingerprint detection layer.
