The system comprises at least one processor and a memory storing instructions which when executed by the processor configure the processor to perform the method. The method comprises at least one of estimating a posterior for a plurality of inputs and associated outputs, or providing a point estimate without sampling. The method also comprises predicting the output for a new observation input.
