The magnet constitutes a first magnetic pole, and a part of the rotor core constitutes a second magnetic pole. The motor also includes an annular stator surrounding the rotor from outside in a radial direction about a center axis of the rotation shaft, a bearing holding member holding the bearing, and a resin portion covering the stator and the bearing holding member.
