Zusammenfassung:	A faucet installation system includes a mounting shank configured to be coupled to a mounting deck. The mounting shank includes an upper mounting portion configured to couple to a portion of a faucet disposed above the mounting deck. The mounting shank further includes a lower mounting portion having a plurality of partial grooves. A securement device includes a tab, and the tab is configured to be selectively received by the plurality of partial grooves and secure the securement device to the mounting shank.
