Zusammenfassung:	A light refraction member includes an incident surface on which planar light is incident, a plurality of refractors that refract the planar light, and an emitting surface from which the planar light refracted by the plurality of refractors is emitted as emitted light. The plurality of refractors are provided side by side in a first direction on at least one of the incident surface and the emitting surface, and each of the plurality of refractors has an area in which a direction in which the planar light is refracted changes along a second direction intersecting the first direction.
