An example apparatus includes an algorithm orchestrator to analyze medical data and associated metadata and select an algorithm based on the analysis. The example apparatus includes a postprocessor to execute the algorithm with respect to the medical data using one or more processing elements. In the example apparatus, the one or more processing elements are to be dynamically selected and arranged in combination by the algorithm orchestrator to implement the algorithm for the medical data, the postprocessor to output a result of the algorithm for action by the algorithm orchestrator.
