Zusammenfassung:	In one embodiment there is provided a container tray assembly configured to hold a substance and including a container tray and sleeve. A small gap created between the outside profile of the container tray and the interior profile of the sleeve and the sleeve being deformable allows a user to squeeze the sleeve to permit the container tray to slid with respect to the sleeve and therefore allowing the user to gain access to a container tray interior cavity.
