Zusammenfassung:	Exemplary antireflective coatings that have antireflective properties for light of non-normal angular incidence are disclosed. An exemplary antireflective coating includes a multilayer having alternating optical layers of high refractive index material and low refractive index material and a second layer directly contacting a first optical layer of the multilayer. The sum of the optical thickness of the second layer and the optical thickness of the first optical layer of the multilayer is between 146 nanometers and 190 nanometers.
