The system can determine if the device is at a geographic location that satisfies the location that is defined by the geofence, if the time limits associated with the geofence are satisfied, and if a purpose for which the restricted data will be used matches a one of the purposes. If the system determines that the location, time limits, and purposes are satisfied, the system can use the restricted data for the purpose.
