description The present invention provides an all-solid-state secondary battery and a method for producing the same, wherein it is possible to prevent the collapse of a laminate due to a shearing force occurring in the peripheral portion of the laminate when the laminate is pressed, and the occurrence of an internal short circuit can be prevented. The all-solid-state secondary battery includes a laminate and a plate-shaped insulating member both arranged between the positive electrode collector and the negative electrode collector. The laminate includes a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode layer. The plate-shaped insulating member is arranged around the laminate and contacted at least with the solid electrolyte layer to electrically insulate the positive electrode layer from the negative electrode layer. In the insulating member, a contact inner edge portion contacted with the laminate is thicker than a plate-shaped portion on the outer side.
