Zusammenfassung:	There are provided a silyl-terminated resin composition and a method for producing the same, the silyl-terminated resin composition being superior in storage stability before curing and providing a cured product which has a low initial modulus and can maintain the low modulus even after a heat-accelerated test. The silyl-terminated resin composition comprises a surface-treated calcium carbonate and a silyl-terminated resin, wherein the surface-treated calcium carbonate is obtained by surface-treating calcium carbonate having a BET specific surface area in the range of 1 m2/g to 60 m2/g with a fatty acid, and has an alkali metal content in the range of 500 μg/g to 2000 μg/g and the free fatty acid as determined by ethanol extraction in the range of 1.8 to 2.5% by mass.
