Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a flame-retardant slabstock polyurethane foam composition in which there is no need to add a separate flame-retardant additive by retaining its own flame retardant performance. The polyurethane foam composition according to the present invention comprises a bio-polyol derived from vegetable oil as a polyol component, by containing polyether polyols of different molecular weight ranges and at the same time lowering an isocyanate index to less than 100, retains its own flame retardant performance to have a remarkable effect of having no need to add a separate flame-retardant additive, and further, obtains an effect of solving problems of deterioration of physical properties in an existing flame-retardant slabstock polyurethane foam composition caused by addition of a flame-retardant additive.
