The method includes providing a user interface allowing a user to annotate portions of content in a collaborative effort system, the content comprising one or more log elements and responsive to a user utilizing the user interface and selecting a log element in the content, tagging the selected log element with an annotation. The tagged log elements may be used to generate a runbook.
