Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment, a communication device includes a determiner, an extractor, and an identifier. The determiner is configured to determine whether received data is addressed to the communication device. The extractor configured to extract data satisfying a determination criterion for setting data as relay data, from received data determined not to be addressed to the communication device. The identifier is configured to identify, as relay data, received data determined to be addressed to the communication device and the extracted data.
