Zusammenfassung:	A fuel tank system constructed in accordance to one example of the present disclosure includes a fuel tank, a purge canister, a valve assembly and a bypass means. The valve assembly can be fluidly coupled between the fuel tank and the purge canister and that selectively controls fuel vapor flow between the fuel tank and the purge canister. The bypass means can selectively bypass fuel vapor around at least a portion of the valve assembly from the fuel tank to the purge canister. The bypass means can include a bypass valve.
