The structural surface is serves as one component of a touch hook-and-loop fastener. The carrier has a relief surface with a configuration of raised and relief areas that forms a grid of channels. The channels are dimensioned to accommodate the layout of a heating tube. The heating tube carries the second component of the touch hook-and-loop fastener that interacts with the first component to hold the heating tube in-place on the retainer panel.
