At least one electrode in a set of the first and second electrodes is a closable electrode, at least a part of which is a closable part. A switch unit is arranged between the closable part and the corresponding signal transmission line to control connection and disconnection therebetween. With the present invention, by arranging the switch unit between the closeable part and the corresponding signal transmission line to control the connection and disconnection therebetween, the touch function in the region corresponding to the closeable part can be enabled or disabled.
