Zusammenfassung:The present invention is directed to the provision of a multi-dose topical ophthalmic composition containing a 1H-indole-1-carboxamide and use thereof for treatment of ophthalmic disease. More specifically the present invention is directed to a multi-dose aqueous ophthalmic composition (e.g., a solution, a suspension, an emulsion or the like) containing a 1H-indole-1-carboxamide (e.g., N-(1-methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-5-((6-((methylamino) methyl)pyrimidin-4-yl)oxy)-1H-indole-1-carboxamide) and use thereof for treatment of an ophthalmic disease at the back of the eye such as age related macular degeneration (AMD).
