Zusammenfassung:A filter element includes a filter media extending along a longitudinal axis and extending circumferentially about a central passageway that extends along the longitudinal axis. The filter media defines a droplet cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. Alternatively, the filter media defines a top portion shape and a bottom portion shape, with the top and bottom cross-sectional portion shapes being asymmetric with respect to each other. The filter element may be used in a filtration arrangement for filtering dust flow. The filtration arrangement also includes a filter housing that has an opening through which dust flow is configured to enter the filter housing.
