Zusammenfassung:	A dispensing apparatus is provided, which, when filled with product and assembled, substantially reduces product leakage from an orifice of an applicator thereof during extended periods of non-use. The dispensing apparatus includes a barrel defining an interior chamber for holding a product, the barrel having an open bottom at one end thereof and an applicator tip having one or more orifices therethrough at the other end. The barrel also includes two or more passages located along the length of the barrel between the bottom of the barrel and a predetermined fill-level.
