Zusammenfassung:	A demineralized cancellous bone matrix comprising a cancellous bone matrix that has been demineralized is described herein. The demineralized cancellous bone matrix is rigid and has certain dimensions, including a certain length. Implants comprising at least one demineralized cancellous bone matrix are also described. Also disclosed are methods for treating bone having a void or defect in a patient using at least one demineralized cancellous bone matrix. In addition, methods of making a demineralized cancellous bone matrix are disclosed.
