Zusammenfassung:	Multi-chambered containers having peelable seals and methods of sterilizing the same are provided. In an embodiment, the present disclosure provides a flexible fluid container comprising a first chamber and a second chamber. The second chamber is attached to a tube for providing fluid communication from the second chamber to the exterior of the container. The first chamber and the second chamber are separated by a first peelable seal having a channel so constructed and arranged to allow a controlled quantity of fluid to pass therethrough.
