Zusammenfassung:	A storm may be calmed by cooling the surface of a body of non-stagnant water when the storm passes over that body of water. Optionally, the water may be cooled by circulating the water to bring cool water up from below the surface to cool the surface water. Optionally, the wind of the storm may be used to provide power to drive a pump to circulate the water. Alternatively, a liquid in a container may be mixed by placing a wind-powered pump in the container and exposing the pump to wind.
