Stabilizer for tooth prostheses
A stabilizer for tooth prostheses, consisting of a double torsion spring, the arms (4, 5) of which are telescopically longitudinally movable in cylindrical guides (7, 8) in the prosthesis halves (1, 2), has a hook-shaped eyelet (9) on each of the ends of both of the stabilizer arms. The guides (7, 8...

Zusammenfassung: | A stabilizer for tooth prostheses, consisting of a double torsion spring, the arms (4, 5) of which are telescopically longitudinally movable in cylindrical guides (7, 8) in the prosthesis halves (1, 2), has a hook-shaped eyelet (9) on each of the ends of both of the stabilizer arms. The guides (7, 8) are closed on their external insertion ends, except for a narrow insertion slot (15) in the form of a mailbox slot, in the assembled functional position of the stabilizer in the prosthesis parts, the eyelets (9) and the eyelet planes and accordingly the planes of the stabilizer arms are directed perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the insertion slot (15). It is thereby achieved that the stabilizers (3) or their arms cannot slip out of the guides (7, 8) and overall their assembly and disassembly can be easily and rapidly undertaken without the aid of any tools. |
