Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a sample table for a food analyzing device used for analyzing a food sample. Said sample table includes a sample holder (14) for receiving the food sample, a means for moving the sample holder (14), and a housing (12) that surrounds the moving means. The moving means and the sample holder (14) are magnetically coupled to each other such that the sample holder (14) can be moved relative to the housing (12) outside the housing (12). Also disclosed is a food analyzing device for spectroscopically analyzing food samples, said device encompassing such a sample table (10).
