The plurality of personal electronic devices include programming for performing the steps of: (i) downloading personalized organizational information from the central server to the memory of the respective personalized electronic device via the data interface of the respective personal electronic device; and (ii) communicating, using at least the display, the personalized organizational information to the user of the respective personal electronic device.
