Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides systems and methods for managing telecommunications resources. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention track inventory for telecommunications resources and modify the inventory when inventory is added, subtracted, or modified. The present invention may also maintain contract data representative of the telecommunications contracts governing the telecommunications resources. A billing processing unit may be used to maintain billing data for bills received under the telecommunications contracts. A processing unit may be used to compare the bills to existing inventory and the contracts to verify the accuracy of the bills.
