Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a mobile terminal and controlling method thereof. The present invention includes a sensing unit, a camera, a display unit, and a controller configured to launch a camera application, wherein the controller is further configured to execute a splice mode on the camera application, wherein the splice mode is a mode for outputting a preview image region and a splice region to the display unit by partitioning, and wherein the controller is further configured to output a preview image currently shot through the camera to the preview image region and recommend a splice image outputted to the splice region based on the outputted preview image.
