Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a communication device (104, 104 ') for a vehicle (102, 102'), said communication device comprising a plurality of communication means and a rule base, and said communicationdevice being configured to determine a communication mean on the basis of said rule base; the communication device is characterized in that the communication device is further configured to be used for: verifying to a remote server (103) whether the update of the rule base is available; downloading the updated rule base; and updating the rule base by using the downloaded rule base.
