Zusammenfassung:	A downhole tool suitable for use in a wellbore, the tool comprising a hybrid sleeve in the form of a mandrel sleeve; and a sleeve insert disposed within the mandrel sleeve. The tool further includes a first slip disposed about the mandrel sleeve; and a second slip disposed about the mandrel sleeve and proximate to a conical surface. There is a lower sleeve proximate to the second slip. At least a portion of the sleeve insert is radially laterally proximate to a sealing element disposed around the mandrel.
