EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF BIO DIESEL FUEL

An equipment for production of biodiesel fuel contains an agitator for methyl alcohol and catalyst, reactor for fat etherification and gravitational emulsion separator. The agitator for methyl alcohol and catalyst contains methyl alcohol container, catalyst container, catalyst batching bin, hopper for the catalyst, tank for mixing, tank for accumulation of potassium methylate, supply conduit for methyl alcohol, pipe branches for supply and removal of methyl alcohol during mixing, pipe branch for supply of potassium methylate into the tank for accumulation of potassium methylate, and the pump. The reactor for etherification of fat contains fat container, agitator of flows of potassium methylate with fat, pump, supply conduit for potassium methylate and fat, and pipe coil for fat etherification. The gravitational emulsion separator contains container, pipe branches for supply of emulsion, removal of bio diesel fuel and glycerol sediment, and can for removal of bio diesel fuel. Along the profile of container for mixing of methyl alcohol with catalyst the grid is installed with sizes of holes, which provide for missing of solid matter of catalyst into methyl alcohol without its dissolving, and the pipe branches for supply and removal of methyl alcohol are installed over and under the grid, respectively. An agitator of flows of potassium methylate with fat of etherification reactor is made in the form of set of channels, into which the supply conduit for methyl alcohol is divided, and which are installed into the conduit for supply of fat. An agitator of flows of potassium methylate with fat by means of pump is connected with pipe coil for fat etherification, containing insertions-energizers, made in the form of two pipe branches connected in series, with scrolls, made in opposite directions, between which the orifice adapter is installed. The pipe branch for supply of emulsion in gravitational emulsion separator is made in the form of conduit with holes, installed along the perimeter of the container of gravitational emulsion separator, and the can for removal of bio diesel fuel is installed over the conduit with the holes.
