A method of renewal of internal cylindrical surfaces of cast iron articles includes preliminary annealing of article at a temperature 600 - 650 DEGREE C with holding in electric furnace for a period of 1.5 hours. After annealing the article is heated to the temperature of 450 - 550 DEGREE C. Then, the heating of article is conducted to the temperature of 820 - 840 DEGREE C with its cooling in the sprayer at a speed of 150 DEGREE C/s at displacement of article relative to the source of heating and cooling with a rate of 2-4 mm/s. After this, the final annealing of article is carried out in the electric furnace at a temperature of 180 - 200 DEGREE C during 2 hours. Technical result - increase of the wear resistance of renewed articles. |
